2. Visit your local Pro Hockey Life store.
3. Show the printed PDF to a Manager at the store and let them know that you would like to purchase the customized item(s).
4. You will then be assisted with completing the purchase and provided any additional information or guidance you may need including topics such as wait times, and more.
